Normandie Memoire is made up of 4 colleges :         

-  Founder Members : The State, The Lower Normandy Regional Council, the three departmental councils of Lower Normandy, The D-Day Committee and the city of Caen.

-  Active Members : Museums

 
- Associate Members : Towns and Villages, Consular Chambers, The Normandy Tourist Board, the Departmental Tourist Boards, Departmental offices of the National Office of Veterans and Civilian Victims, The Caen University, The Local Education Authority, associations, war cemeteries and places of commemoration, and any person who shows an interest in Normandie Memoire.

    -  Honorary Members 

Active and associate members, except public organizations and war cemeteries, pay an annual subscription, the amount and the date of payment are decided by the association’s board each year.

To be admitted as an Honorary Member : a person is to be proposed by a member of the association’s board with obtaining the consent of the association’s board.
