This museum retraces the history of French combattants who, thanks to the tenacity of Commander Philippe Kieffer, were able to take part in various actions alongside the British commandos. It highlights in particular, their training camp at Achnaccary in Scotland and their participation during the Landings, including the taking of the casino and liberation of Ouistreham.

All the objects on display are genuine and for the large part have been donated by the families of the commandos.
