In Villedieu-les-Poęles, the Copper Workshop proudly maintains the twin traditions of copper cookware and French cuisine. Not for nothing are France’s top chefs are among its best customers.
Come and look around our workshops, where you can admire the consummate craftsmanship of our metal spinners, tinsmiths, polishers and planishers. A film explains the reasons behind their each and every gesture.
The Copper Workshop accepts commissions to design, restore and manufacture a vast range of items in copper, brass and even silver... Visitors can watch a 15-minute video in English, French or German.
The Copper Workshop is open all year round, from Monday to Saturday (closed on Bank Holidays).
Opening hours:
- mornings: 9 am to midday
- afternoons: 1.30 pm to 5.30 pm
- Saturdays from 9 am to midday and from 2 pm to 6 pm.
- July and August: open until 6 pm.
